PT Cakra Bumi Energi (CBE) was established in 2019 and is located in Rambang Daku, Muara Enim, with a concession area of 9,815 hectares. Our role as the exclusive coal supplier for the Sumsel-1 Power Plant is a testament to our strategic role in supporting national energy security. Currently, we operate three mining blocks, and all coal production from Block 3 is exclusively supplied to the Sumsel-1 Power Plant.
Block 1 has a concession area of 2,155 ha with a pit area of 146 ha and potential coal reserves of 21.65 million MT, but exploration (JORC) is still required to determine the reserves and quality of the available coal. This block has excellent commercial potential due to its proximity to Port EPI.
Block 2 covers an area of 2,627 hectares, but exploration (JORC) is still required to determine the reserves and quality of the available coal.
Block 3 is divided into 4 pit areas with a total area of 5,033 hectares and total coal reserves of 127 million MT. The production from Block 3 has an exclusive contract to supply the Sumsel-1 Mine Mouth Power Plant.
